- What are AI credits?
- AI credits are used for photo analysis — snap a meal photo and get instant macronutrient estimates. Free plans get 10 credits per month, Pro gets 100, and Team plans get 200 per user.
- Is patient data stored securely?
- Dietitian Co-Pilot stores zero PII by default. All clinical data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are hosted in Australian data centres and comply with the Australian Privacy Act.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Do you offer discounts for students or new graduates?
