AI Dietitians is owned and operated by AUSCLIN PTY LTD, an Australian proprietary limited company. The same entity runs this site and the application your account lives in, and it is the entity named in our legal pages.
The company name and ABN below are the ones in the footer of every page, in the structured data search engines read, and in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You can look the ABN up yourself on the Australian Business Register.

The clinical lead
Felicity Bull, Accredited Practising Dietitian
Felicity is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the clinical lead for AI Dietitians. Clinical content does not ship because an engineer thought it looked right. She reviews the clinical material, and the wording of the claims this site makes about how patient data is handled carries her sign-off, dated 10 September 2026.
She also reads the enquiry inbox herself. If you want to know whether this fits the way your service actually works, that is the person who answers.
The credential
APD, not AHPRA
Dietetics is a self-regulated profession in Australia. Dietitians are not registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, because there is no national board for dietetics to register with. The credential is Accredited Practising Dietitian, administered by Dietitians Australia, and it is maintained against an annual continuing professional development requirement and a professional code of conduct.
We are spelling this out because software written for Australian health professionals routinely gets it wrong, and asks a dietitian for an AHPRA number that does not exist. Our own product made exactly that mistake, and a feature sat unreachable behind it until a clinician told us. The field is an APD number.

The honest part
What you will not find on this site
- No testimonials and no customer numbers. We have not collected consent to quote anyone, and a head count with nothing behind it is not evidence. When there are consented case studies they will appear here with names on them.
- No claim of endorsement or accreditation. We build on published data and guidelines from FSANZ, the NHMRC, IDDSI and others. None of those bodies endorses AI Dietitians, has reviewed it, or has validated how we apply their material. The evidence page says exactly what we use and on what terms.
- No claim that everything stays in Australia. On the Essentials plan nothing goes to an overseas provider. On Pro, AI features are processed in the United States. We publish which is which on the data handling page rather than rounding it off.
- No claim that the AI decides anything. It drafts. You review, adjust and sign. See the Disclaimer for the formal version.
